Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. FN SLP Competition
Gas-operated autoloader with interchangeable gas piston features a blue hard-anodized aircraft-grade aluminum alloy receiver, back-bored vent rib barrel, hard-chromed bore and three inch chamber and Invector-Plus interchangeable choke tubes. Flip-up rifle rear and red fiber-optic front sight. Nickel-Teflon coated operating controls. Crossbolt safety on rear of trigger guard. Matte black synthetic stock with checkered gripping panels on forearm and grip. Premium non-slip recoil pad. Two steel sling swivel studs. Extended magazine tube; blue aluminum tube cover; aluminum follower. Magazine capacity: 8 with 2.75 inch shells or 7 with 3 inch shells.
