Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. Famars Poseidon
The Poseidon is Famars new sidelock over and under with the lockwork configured on the removable trigger-plate. The prestige of a sidelock is combined with the strength of a boxlock and the accessibility of a droplock. It has intercepting safety sears that avoid the double discharge. A forend hinge cover opens as the barrels drop, allowing a wider than normal gape to facilitate loading, therefore there is no grove in the frame. The Poseidon can have single or double triggers and it is possible to have two spare mechanisms, one with single and one with double triggers. Round and slim shape and boss style forend. Options: Monoblock barrels, parts in titanium, spare mechanism with single or double trigger, automatic safety, multi chokes, rounded top rib. Available as rifle through 375HH.
