Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. CZ Quail
The new CZ Quail over-and-under shotgun has been named 2019 Youth Gun of the Year by conservation group Pheasants Forever, the company said in a news release. CZ-USA built the new Quail — nearly identical to the popular CZ Drake — at the request of PF. The CZ Quail is different than the Drake in that it has a slightly shorter length of pull at 13 ¾ inches, making it more comfortable to carry and use for youth shooters and smaller-framed hunters. CZ-USA's deletion on the midrib also trimmed off a noticeable amount of weight from the muzzle end so the shotgun is easier to shoulder and a bit quicker to swing on target.
