Shotguns Descriptions
Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. The low recoiling Browning Silver Hunter Matte Semi-Auto Shotgun allows for fast follow-up shots and all-day shooting comfort on the clays range or wing shooting.Lightweight and fast handling2-tone silver/black receiverBlued barrelTurkish walnut stockVentilated recoil padActive Valve gas systemCycles 2-3/4" and 3" shellsVent rib and brass front beadInvector-Plus choke tubesBack bored barrel
CZ 912
With CZ quality throughout its handsome lines and affordable price make it attractive to the eye as well as the wallet. The CZ 912 is built with a high gloss finish and has a very sleek look with attractive lines both on the alloy receiver and on the walnut stock. The modern style recoil pad provides for not only a significant reduction in perceived recoil, but it is snag free as well. A long recoil spring is located in the butt of the stock that simplifies assembly and allows it to cycle a wide variety of loads across the power spectrum both 2 and 3. In addition the rearward spring design makes required cleanings less frequent and easier when they are needed. Removal of the installed magazine plug is simple, requiring only the magazine cap to be unscrewed. Without the plug, it gives the upland hunter a 4+1 capacity.
