Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns. Cortona Grandé Alumino Deluxe features a lightweight aluminum receiver with gold inlay, and reinforced with steelfor added strength. The engraving features various birds on the sides as well as the trigger guard. Additionalengraving patterns are on the breech, barrels and top crown. The Grandé Alumino Deluxe also features a gold trigger and rubber butt pad along with three internal chokes. The fore-end iron is the Anson style with a Schnable walnut fore-end and full unique design checkering.
