Mossberg 835 Grand Slam
The Mossberg 835 Ulti-Mag Grand Slam 12 Gauge Turkey Shotgun is a shotgun made by O.F. Mossberg & Sons in the U.S.A. The shotgun was first introduced in 1961 and is still made today. The U.S. Marines use Mossberg 835 -- and several of their other shotguns -- because they are reliable and sturdy shotguns. The Mossberg 835 Ulti-Mag Grand Slam 12 Gauge Turkey Shotgun is 7.3 lbs. empty, and the weight varies while loaded. It has an effective range of 40 yards. The internal tube magazine holds 5 to 8 rounds. The Mossberg 835 has an Ulti-Mag and has an overboard barrel, which means this shotgun cannot use slugs. The barrel of the Mossberg 835 is interchangeable with other Mossberg shotguns.
