Browning BAR Safari w/BOSS
BOSS (Ballistic Optimizing Shooting System) allows the shooter to fine tune the rifle\'s accuracy to surpass that of any other autoloader. One-piece ordnance steel receiver that is richly blued with scroll engraving and drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Fluted stock design incorporates a full pistol grip with an undercut and is contoured for use with open sights or a scope. Cross bolt safety with enlarged head. Single stage trigger. Detachable box magazine. Hinged floorplate. Barrel is machined from hammer-forged, heat-treated billets of steel. Safety lock is included.
Browning X-Bolt Eclipse Varmint
If you're looking for a "project" rifle, that you will spend hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars accurizing, then this ISN'T the rifle for you. The X-Bolt Eclipse Target rifle will perform right out of the box. You don't need to add a better trigger, bed the action, free float the barrel... all of that has been done. Built for function, it comes with a Laminate thumbhole stock and raised cheekpiece. The fore end is wide and flat on the bottom, for resting on a support, be it sandbags from the bench, or a backpack in the field. The heavy bull barrel is target Crowned; designed for superb accuracy and heat dissipation. The feather trigger is pre-set at 3.5 lbs and designed to feel the same way with every pull. For mounting optics you can count on maintaining a zero with the X-Lock Mounting system. This system replaces the old two points of attachment to four points for a solid mount.
