Bolt Rifles Descriptions
Browning BAR Safari
The same features as a Mark II Safari but with a satin-finish stock and forearm. Sling swivels included. Offered only to Browning Full-Line and Medallion Dealers.
Browning X-Bolt Western Hunter 035422282
Equipped with an adjustable FeatherTrigger™, Browning's X-Bolt Western Stainless Hunter Bolt-Action Rifles offer clean, crisp pulls with no takeup or creep and minimal overtravel. X-Lock Scope Mounting Systems use four screws per base to accurately and securely attach scopes to receivers. X-Bolt stainless steel barrels are glass-bedded into the stocks, forming true free-floating barrels. Lightweight sporter barrels are also hand-chambered and feature target crowns and threaded muzzle brakes. Composite stocks with textured gripping surfaces and Dura-Touch Armor Coating. Detachable rotary magazines feed cartridges in line with the bolts and straight into the chambers. 60° bolt lifts cycle fast and prevent interference when working the solid-steel bolts. Alloy trigger housings contain hard-chrome steel components with highly polished critical surfaces. Inflex recoil pads pull recoil down and away from your face. Top-tang safeties and bolt-unlock buttons work together for increased safety. Hand-reamed chambers for precision accuracy. Drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Includes thread protector.
