Handguns Descriptions
Beretta 90-TWO
The newly designed frame of 90two pistol ensures trouble-free insertion and holster extraction, thanks to its rounded and truly snag-free surfaces. Inside the frame, near the disassembly lever, a metallic recoil buffer reduces the impact of the slide assembly against the frame during the shooting cycle. By redistributing the stresses, the recoil buffer increases the service life of the firearm. Trigger guard is also rounded to ensure, when firing with two hands, the correct positioning of the supporting hand.
Colt Prototype 1860
Rare Early Colt Factory Prototype Model 1860 Army Revolver Converted to Metallic Cartridge. Serial no. 170997, .44 rimfire caliber, 8-inch barrel, the top marked: -ADDRESS COL. SAML COLT NEW-YORK U.S. AMERICA. Blued finish. In-the-white six-shot breech-loading cylinder. Experimental conversion ring. Varnished walnut grips. The breech loading conversion represents a first departure from the front-loading Thuer conversions. One chamber of No. 170997 was countersunk to accommodate the cartridge's rimmed breech. That countersunk chamber is considered to have been an experimental procedure, abandoned when realizing that to countersink each chamber was not possible, due to the overlapping of each cartridge rim and therefore each cartridge's chamber...thus, first, the circumference of the cylinder had to be enlarged.
