Metal-reinforced Omni polymer lower receiver and inter lock hammer and trigger pin retainment system. Metal reinforced polymer Omni Hybrid MAXX upper. Features an overmolded metal insert which reinforces the buffer tube housing and rear takedown pin. This allows for metal-on-metal contact with both the buffer tube as well as the rear takedown pin increasing strength and durability from recoil and consistent firing. Weighs 6.5 pounds. Magpul PMag.

The Bushmaster Gas Piston System Rifles bring new levels of reliability to the “AR” type rifle platform by eliminating carbon build up, gas leaks and heat within the Upper Receiver.
