Rifles Descriptions
50 BMG - 660 Grain FMJ - Federal American Eagle - 10 Rounds
This is real, genuine M33 ammunition! Well, it’s technically XM33CX ammunition, but the first “X” only means it was made for the civilian market and not the U.S. Armed Forces, and the “CX” just refers to its packaging. That means this box of 10 rounds will let you train like you’ve enrolled in the U.S. Army Sniper Course – without having to shave your head first! M33 is the standard ball ammo that is used for engaging personnel and unarmored targets. It’s loaded with a 660 grain bullet and the big propellant charge that bullet needs to achieve 2,940 fps muzzle velocity. Of course, the 50 BMG’s energy is staggering. 12,666 ft lbs is enough to down a small airplane, but we’d recommend this particular ammo for target shooting. Its FMJ bullet’s core is made of soft steel, so don’t set up your Barrett M82 at an indoor range that bans magnetic projectiles. This military-grade ammo has new brass cases and non-corrosive primers. You can use the cases for your own 50 BMG handloads later down the road!
Bushmaster Gas Piston 90294
The Bushmaster Gas Piston System Rifles bring new levels of reliability to the “AR” type rifle platform by eliminating carbon build up, gas leaks and heat within the Upper Receiver. The Gas Piston System operates by tapping gas pressure off the barrel much like the systems found on AK-47s and FALs * Functions with a wider range of ammunition - less gas pressure - lower cyclic rate * Offers improved reliability and control - with cleaner operation and reduced recoil * Keeps carbon build up and powder residue from reaching - and fouling the Upper Receiver and Bolt Carrier * A Detented Plug in the Gas Block allows easy cleaning of the Systems’ Hard Chrome Plated Piston
