Rifles Descriptions
300 Winchester Magnum - 150 Grain PSP - Remington Core-Lokt - 20 Rounds
This powerful, cost-effective .300 Winchester Magnum ammunition from Remington's Core-Lokt series delivers consistently lethal terminal performance on deer thanks to its time tested bullet design. Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a 150 grain soft point projectile at a muzzle velocity of 3,290 feet per second, providing excellent long-range accuracy and power for more challenging shots. Soft point bullets are ideal for hunting because they expand into a ""mushroom"" shape upon contact with an animal, killing it without fragmenting and destroying meat or trophies. Core-Lokt soft points are particularly effective because they have a locking design that keeps the bullet's jacket and core bound together to deliver maximum energy to the target. They are one of the most-used hunting loads in the United States for taking all types of deer. Remington ammunition is loaded in Lonoke, Arkansas using non-corrosive Boxer primers and brass cases.
Bushmaster Gas Piston 90294
The Bushmaster Gas Piston System Rifles bring new levels of reliability to the “AR” type rifle platform by eliminating carbon build up, gas leaks and heat within the Upper Receiver. The Gas Piston System operates by tapping gas pressure off the barrel much like the systems found on AK-47s and FALs * Functions with a wider range of ammunition - less gas pressure - lower cyclic rate * Offers improved reliability and control - with cleaner operation and reduced recoil * Keeps carbon build up and powder residue from reaching - and fouling the Upper Receiver and Bolt Carrier * A Detented Plug in the Gas Block allows easy cleaning of the Systems’ Hard Chrome Plated Piston
