Browning Arms B25
The Browning Superposed is one of the finest over/under shotguns in history and one of John Browning’s most brilliant designs. Produced in plain-jane field grades to the most elaborately engraved and finely stocked shotguns ever seen, production of the Browning Superposed was done in Belgium, running strong from 1931 through 1977 when traditional production stopped. Production continued in the FN Custom Shop with the Presentation Series through 1984. Today, most Americans are unaware that you can still buy a Belgium-made, hand-fitted Superposed Browning B25, as they are not offered at most Browning dealers, and most are sold in Great Britain and Europe. In fact, 20% of all guns at the British “castle” shoots (driven bird shoots) are Browning B25 guns, making it the second most popular gun of any maker being used by the elite gunners in Great Britain.
