Shotguns Descriptions
28 Gauge - 2-3/4" Super-X Steel #6 Shot - Winchester - 25 Rounds
These high velocity shotshells from Winchester come in the compact, light-kicking 28 gauge and produce tight patterns that work well against both clays and birds. Each shell in this box of 25 fires 5/8 oz. of #6 shot at a high muzzle velocity of 1,300 feet per second. The low recoil of the 28 gauge has made it a favorite with skeet shooters and bird hunters who want something a little more powerful than the diminutive .410 bore can provide. 28 gauge shells have a smaller payload than their 12 or 20 gauge cousins, but still provide good accuracy and terminal ballistics. This ammunition is loaded at Winchester's production facilities in Oxford, Mississippi.
