Winchester is celebrating a momentous occasion: The 100th anniversary of their acclaimed Super-X line of ammunition! This 12 Gauge 00 buck ammo comes in special limited edition packaging to commemorate the milestone, and the ammo inside is that same old Super-X that shooters already know and love. This shell is designed to deal damage. Its nine pellets of 00 buck are made of hard lead and packed in a shot column with granulated buffering material. The resilient 1/3” diameter balls are naturally equipped to resist becoming flat during ignition, and they’re even better protected against deformation by the soft medium they’re suspended in. That adds up to extremely dense and efficient patterns. And because this 2-3/4” shell is loaded to a lickety-split 1,325 fps muzzle velocity, it’s able to transfer effective energy for hunting and home defense applications alike! Winchester fortifies this shell’s high-density polymer hull with a high brass head, so it’s all set to run through your shotgun of choice as smoothly as melted butter. Clean-igniting primers and powder mitigate the amount of fouling you’ll have to scrub out!
