The G17 Gen5 features a no finger grooved, multiple backstrapped, rough textured frame with hundreds of miniature spikes which results in remarkable traction for extreme environments and gloved operators. The frame also features a smooth trigger, reversible mag release, and ambidextrous slide stop. The magazine comes with a floor plate which is extended at the front for faster magazine change, and a orange follower, while the flared mag-well makes it easier to funnel the magazine into the mag-well. Glock\'s nDLC finish provides a tougher, more durable protection against corrosion and scratching. <p><strong>Barrel</strong>: 4150V chrome moly steel. Chambered in 300AA Blackout, with a 1:8 twist rate, M4 barrel extension, pistol-length gas system, and nitride treated for accuracy and durability. This heavy profile barrel is finished off with a PSA 9"" Lightweight M-Lok free-float rail, .750" low-profile gas block, and PSA Fluted Flash Can.</p> <p><strong>Upper</strong>: Forged 7075-T6 A3 AR upper is hard coat anodized. These uppers are made for us right here in the USA!</p> <p><strong>Bolt</strong>: Full-auto profile bolt carrier group. Shot-peened, mil-spec Carpenter No. 158® steel bolt. Gas Key Hardened to USGI Specifications, Fastened with Grade 8 screws, and Staked Per Mil-Spec. </p> <p><strong>Lower</strong>: These forged lowers are quality made using 7075-T6 aluminum and are marked "MULTI" for caliber. Finish is hardcoat anodized.
