The G17 Gen5 features a no finger grooved, multiple backstrapped, rough textured frame with hundreds of miniature spikes which results in remarkable traction for extreme environments and gloved operators. The frame also features a smooth trigger, reversible mag release, and ambidextrous slide stop. The magazine comes with a floor plate which is extended at the front for faster magazine change, and a orange follower, while the flared mag-well makes it easier to funnel the magazine into the mag-well. Glock\'s nDLC finish provides a tougher, more durable protection against corrosion and scratching. The Glock Marksman barrel features a barrel rifling which delivers improved accuracy. his Glock Gen5 model has AmeriGlo night sights (green with orange outline front and green rear) and a 10-round capacity. This gun features a 5 inch standard bushing barrel, front and rear cocking serrations with ball cut slide, Heinie 2 dot night sights, black Permakot, single side tactical safety and wears green golfball grips. From Nighthawk's website: This is "the pistol" to carry in harm's way! Its features include a plunger tube and magazine well integrated into the frame. The well has a front cut-out that allows easy removal of the magazine should one get stuck, as well as an integrated lanyard to make sure you and it will never become separated. It comes with a choice of G 10 grips with our golf-ball cut in Khaki, Black, or Ranger Green. The slide stop has been cut flush with the frame, and the frame is chamfered for easy removal. It is as beautiful as it is rugged. The rear of the slide is hand serrated and the barrel is crowned much like our Dominator. All-in-all it is a complete package, and all anyone could want in a fighting gun. The Enforcer is the 1911 evolved to the next level. Two enhancements that you will pick-up on right away are the plunger tube integrated into the frame rather than staked on, as well as the magazine well with lanyard also being a part of the frame. The magazine well has been cut out in the front to allow easy removal should a magazine stick. Another feature you will appreciate is the ball cut radius under the slide serrations. The rear of the slide is hand serrated, along with a serrated slide top, that gives the Enforcer a classy custom appeal. A serrated tactical magazine release and serrated Heinie Slant Pro Straight Eight Night Sights round out the look. (Novak Three Dot Night Sights are also an option at no extra cost.) The slide stop is cut flush with the frame. The slide stop hole on the right side of the frame has been chamfered to make extraction of the slide stop easy, while preventing it from accidentally being backed out.
