The G17 Gen5 features a no finger grooved, multiple backstrapped, rough textured frame with hundreds of miniature spikes which results in remarkable traction for extreme environments and gloved operators. The frame also features a smooth trigger, reversible mag release, and ambidextrous slide stop. The magazine comes with a floor plate which is extended at the front for faster magazine change, and a orange follower, while the flared mag-well makes it easier to funnel the magazine into the mag-well. Glock\'s nDLC finish provides a tougher, more durable protection against corrosion and scratching. Hy Hunter Frontier Six Shooter
The Hy Hunter's Frontier Six Shooter is single action revolver that was manufactured in West Germany and imported in USA by Hy Hunter in 1970's. It was a clone of the Colt Model P. However, it has a frame mounted firing pin rather than one mounted on the hammer. It was mafe in 22LR, 22 Magnum, 44 Magnum and 357 Magnum calibers. The left side of the barrel is marked “HY HUNTER INC. FIREARMS MFG. CO. / HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA / MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY. The right side of the barrel is marked “”WESTERN SIX-SHOOTER MODEL and then caliber is marked. The gun is mounted with a fixed front sight. The rear sight is a groove milled into the top strap. The sights are only visible when the hammer is cocked. Hy Hunter also imported Western Six-Shooter which was made by the German gunmaker Herbert Schmidt and guns made by Sauer & Sohn, Germany, and roll stamped the Hy Hunter name on them.
