Colt Police Positive Target Model G
This is a Colt Police Positive Target Model G revolver. It is a 1st issue and was manufactured in 1928, which makes it a "Transitional Model". It has the 1905 last patent date, .32 frame, but with Walnut grips with medallions. It dates to the "C" model range with it's serial number and Walnut grips, but has the 1905 barrel date and small frame indicative of the G model. It is in .22 LR caliber with a 6" barrel. The condition of the gun is all original with 95% of the bluing remaining. Most of the wear is at the muzzle and grip straps
