Autoloader Rifles Descriptions
DPMS Lite 20
Panther Lite 20 has a 4140 chrome-moly steel 20" lite contour barrel with 6 grooves, right hand 1X9 twist, button rifled with A2 flash hider (birdcage), gas operated rotating bolt, and a 8620 steel bolt carrier. The upper receiver features A1 fixed carrying handle with A1 front and rear sight. The Upper and Lower Receiver made of 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum. The Lower Receiver features a semi-auto trigger group, aluminum trigger guard and a aluminum magazine release button. The stock is a standard A2 black Zytel with trap door assembly. The handguards are A2 standard length round.
DPMS Long Range Lightweight
Panther LR 243L has a 416 stainless steel 20" lightweight barrel featuring 6 grooves, right hand 1X10 twist, button rifled, lightweight gas block and custom Miculek Compensator. With a gas operated rotating bolt, and a 8620 steel bolt carrier. The primary sights are for optics (not included). The upper receiver is lightweight and is extruded from 6066-T6 aluminum, dust cover. The shell deflector and forward assist are machined as one unit. The lower receiver is milled from a solid billet of 6061-T6 with a integral trigger guard, two stage trigger and aluminum magazine release button. The stock is A2 black Zytel Mil Spec and the handguards are carbon fiber free float tube.
