WINCHESTER 1892 CARBINE
Winchester model 1892 saddle ring carbine in 25-20 WCF. This great old saddle ring carbine was made in 1910 and works as well as it did the day it came out of the factory, 110 years ago.The receiver finish is gray with strong blue still on lever, barrel and tube. The rifling is strong although it could use a good cleaning. I do not touch old west guns and leave them as I find them. This gun is one of those western arms that tamed the West, here in Arizona. The Winchester Model 1892 is the iconic arm that is seen in all the old western movies and television shows. The Model 92 is considered the sleekest and most attractive of all the lever action rifles and carbines.This will serve you well and look great hanging on the wall or on your rifle rack.
