Bushmaster Var24 ATACS
Features a fluted 24 inch chrome-moly steel extra-heavy varmint barrel (one inch diameter out to gas block) and eleven degree competition muzzle crown. Coated bore and chamber. One in nine inch twist free-floated with a vented aluminum fore-end. Two-stage competition trigger (3.5 pound takeup, 1 pound letoff). Ships with manual and 5 round magazine. Covered in A-TACS camouflage finish.

The Model 70 Ultimate Shadow SS features an ultra-tough all-weather synthetic stock with raised rubber gripping surfaces for a sure hold under adverse conditions. Every stock contour and ridge is carefully engineered to provide maximum strength and efficiency with minimum weight. Rifle features Sporter Weight Free Floating Stainless Steel Barrel for years of pinpoint accuracy. The Model 70 features a Pre-'64 Style Controlled Round Feed with Claw Extractor that fully controls cartridge from magazine, to chamber, to ejection and WinSorb Technology Recoil Pad for optimal protection against felt recoil.
