Remington Arms 40X

The Remington 40X was single shot .22LR bolt action rifle with action similar to Model 722 and standard or heavy barrel that was made from 1955 to 1964. It had scope base and optional sights. Stock was made from American walnut and it had built-in adjustable bedding device. Twin "Group-Tightener" screws bring barrel bedding under the complete control of the shooter. Trigger is internally adjustable to 7 thousandts of an inch.
