Bushmaster Var24 ATACS
Features a fluted 24 inch chrome-moly steel extra-heavy varmint barrel (one inch diameter out to gas block) and eleven degree competition muzzle crown. Coated bore and chamber. One in nine inch twist free-floated with a vented aluminum fore-end. Two-stage competition trigger (3.5 pound takeup, 1 pound letoff). Ships with manual and 5 round magazine. Covered in A-TACS camouflage finish.
Remington 700 Varmint SF 84340
The Varmint Stainless Fluted(SF) is an instant treasure. It's 26" heavy contour barrel is fluted for weight reduction while maintaining rigidity and rapid cooling. A concave dish crown protects rifling lands and promotes tack driving bullet flight. The rugged synthetic stock has overmolded panels for a sure grip and a vented beavertail forend that keeps air flowing around the barrel. There are dual front swivel studs for sling and bipod mounting.
