Marlin Firearms 1893 32-40B-26"

The Marlin Model 1893 was the first rifle made by Marlin for the then new smokeless powder cartridges. It was a very popular rifle in a range of calibers and around 900,000 of them were made from 1893 to 1935. It was made with a round or octagonal barrel, with a solid frame or a take-down frame. The markings on the early guns are "Model 1893" while the newer guns are marked "Model 93".
