Bushmaster Var24 ATACS
Features a fluted 24 inch chrome-moly steel extra-heavy varmint barrel (one inch diameter out to gas block) and eleven degree competition muzzle crown. Coated bore and chamber. One in nine inch twist free-floated with a vented aluminum fore-end. Two-stage competition trigger (3.5 pound takeup, 1 pound letoff). Ships with manual and 5 round magazine. Covered in A-TACS camouflage finish.

Its compact, ultralight design is perfectly balanced for easy handling and aiming like a custom rifle. Premium 25" 416 stainless steel Bergara fluted barrel for outstanding, corrosion-resistant performance. Nitriding hardens the steel's outer layer, yielding an interior and exterior barrel coating and finish that resists corrosion and eliminates glare. Nitride-treated barrel surfaces will not chip, peel or scratch. Quick-release breech plug (QRBP) easily removes by hand, even after repeated firings. Neutral-center-of-gravity trigger design for a crisp, clean pull. Trigger is adjustable from 3-4.75 lbs. Ambidextrous composite stock and reversible cocking spur. Includes DuraSight® Dead-On™ one-piece scope mount, CrushZone® recoil pad for improved shooting comfort and Quake® Claw® sling.
