Colt M16A1 Model 613

This is an excellent example of an original commercial fully automatic Colt M16A1 (model 613) style rifle. This is a late production model fitted with a bird cage flash hider, reinforced lower receiver forging with the raised fence around the magazine reich, bayonet lug, post front and peep rear sights. The early A-1 upper receiver with the dust cover, fixed carrying handle and forward assist. Just above the pistol grip is the three way selector switch marked "AUTO", "SEMI" and "SAFE". The front left side, front of the receiver is marked with the circled Rampant Colt followed by "COLT / AR-15" and "MOD. 613 / CAL. 5.56 MM. / 5080691" below that. The standard weight barrel is marked "CMP" on the underside of the barrel. The rifle is fitted with a synthetic stock, checkered pistol grip and ventilated triangular, two piece handguard, with a sling swivel on the stock and front of the forearm. Complete with one 20 round Adventure Line Manufacturer magazine. NOTE: This is a fully transferable NFA Class III Firearm currently on a Form 3.
