Marlin Firearms 1881

The Marlin Model 1881 was made from 1881 to 1892. Total of 16,375 of them were made in that time with round barrel, half round/half octagonal but mostly octagonal barrel. Most common barrel lengths were: 24 inches (2,788 rifles made), 26 inches (277 rifles made), 28 inches (12,482 rifles made) and 30 inches (780 rifles made).
