Davide Pedersoli 1859 Sharps Cavalry S.766
The Pedersoli® 1859 Sharps Carbine Calvary Model Rifle is the last of the percussion rifles ever invented and is considered to be the rifle that paved the way for the transition to centerfire cartridge rifles that we are familiar with today. The Sharps rifle was used extensively throughout the civil war by both the Confederacy and the Union and the calvary model was the standard issue rifle for mounted troops during the war.
