Built as a result of numerous requests by the hunters who wanted a slightly shorter barrel and lighter swing weight in a carry rifle for predator hunting/calling, this 20� barreled version of the Varminter will deliver all the accuracy you�ve come to expect from a Bushmaster.
Colt M2012 M2012LT308G
Knock down a steel plate at 800 yards or take that big buck that you have been tracking since the summer, no problem. This rifle can do it all. Offered in .308 Winchester and .260 Remington, this is the perfect rifle for long distance shots and medium-sized game. It has a Timney single stage adjustable trigger and a medium heavy, match grade chrome-moly, spiral fluted barrel with 6-groove button rifling, 5/8" diameter 24 tpi threads and a custom Cooper Firearms muzzle brake. The custom grey laminated hardwood stock will stand up to a lifetime of hard use and still feel good in your hands after every shot.
