Rifles Descriptions
Bushmaster Max 1 Predator
Built as a result of numerous requests by the hunters who wanted a slightly shorter barrel and lighter swing weight in a carry rifle for predator hunting/calling, this 20 barreled version of the Varminter will deliver all the accuracy youve come to expect from a Bushmaster.
Colt LE6940AE-3G
With a projected production period of late 2014, the Colt LE6940AE-3G included design enhancements to the lower and upper receiver specifically geared to 3-Gun shooting. Its single stage match trigger is crisper than the standard mil-spec trigger, allowing for greater speed and accuracy in a competition setting. The modifications to the rails and handguard make the enhanced 6940 more comfortable for 3-Gun competitors. Where the LE6940 is designed with traditional fixed rails on the monolithic upper, the enhanced 6940AE-3G’s monolithic upper is fully modular with a smooth handguard, giving users the freedom to locate rails in their desired location. There were also rail sections forward of the Colt folding-adjustable front sight for additional customization options, such as extended reach to help control the gun during competition.
