5.56x45 - 62 Grain FMJ - IMI M855 - 1200 Rounds
Stock up on some of the best quality 5.56mm ammunition you can find with this 1,200 round bulk pack from Israel Military Industries (IMI). These NATO-spec rounds were designed for use my the Israeli Defense Forces as well as other NATO militaries and will function splendidly in all rifle designs chambered for 5.56x45mm. These cartridges are made under the popular "Green Tip" M855* designation and have sealed primers for moisture resistance, annealed casings for ensured strength, and crimping around toothed cannelures to prevent projectile setback. The 62 grain rounds match popular military and civilian weights for the caliber and will follow long-studied ballistics while stabilizing consistently from many popular barrel twists and lengths. IMI is Israel's own manufacturer of military weapons, small arms, and ammunition. As the supplier to Israel and their sponsored war-ready states, IMI's ammunition is held to high standard both as a domestic good and an export and can be trusted to function soundly and reliably. *M855 rounds use a mild steel penetrating tip so please check with your local range for permission before use.
Bushmaster Gas Piston 90294
The Bushmaster Gas Piston System Rifles bring new levels of reliability to the “AR” type rifle platform by eliminating carbon build up, gas leaks and heat within the Upper Receiver. The Gas Piston System operates by tapping gas pressure off the barrel much like the systems found on AK-47s and FALs * Functions with a wider range of ammunition - less gas pressure - lower cyclic rate * Offers improved reliability and control - with cleaner operation and reduced recoil * Keeps carbon build up and powder residue from reaching - and fouling the Upper Receiver and Bolt Carrier * A Detented Plug in the Gas Block allows easy cleaning of the Systems’ Hard Chrome Plated Piston
