223 Rem - 55 Grain Nosler Ballistic Tip - Federal LE Tactical TRU - 500 Rounds

If you would ever use your AR-15 or M-16 in an urban environment, then Federal’s Tactical TRU line of ammunition has every right to be in its magazine. This 223 Rem cartridge is crowned with Nosler’s state of the art 55 grain Ballistic Tip, a bullet optimized to take down a threat to your safety toot suite. The Ballistic Tip’s polymer tip is symmetrical and streamlined to enhance its ballistic coefficient, prevents deformation in the magazine, and jams inward during initial impact to commence wide expansion and catastrophic energy transferral. The bullet’s jacket features a thick base to ensure that expansion’s great width, and is tapered for optimal weight retention. The Ballistic Tip’s expertly angled base grants the bullet a flatter trajectory while in flight, as well as greater immunity to gusts that could have turned it astray. A master manufacturer themselves, Federal didn’t squander the opportunity to load so impressive a bullet with anything but their finest components. These rounds’ brass casings, Boxer primers, and uniform loads of propellant all complement their Ballistic Tips perfectly.

Bushmaster Gas Piston 90294

The Bushmaster Gas Piston System Rifles bring new levels of reliability to the “AR” type rifle platform by eliminating carbon build up, gas leaks and heat within the Upper Receiver. The Gas Piston System operates by tapping gas pressure off the barrel much like the systems found on AK-47s and FALs * Functions with a wider range of ammunition - less gas pressure - lower cyclic rate * Offers improved reliability and control - with cleaner operation and reduced recoil * Keeps carbon build up and powder residue from reaching - and fouling the Upper Receiver and Bolt Carrier * A Detented Plug in the Gas Block allows easy cleaning of the Systems’ Hard Chrome Plated Piston
