Rifles Descriptions

223 Rem - 55 Grain FMJ - Browning - 20 Rounds

Load magazine. Pull charging handle. Peer down sights. Go blap-blap-blab. Letting an AR-15 rifle loose on targets at the rifle range is one of life’s simplest pleasures. And we’ve got Browning’s simple 223 Rem ammo to help you appreciate it! This cartridge has essentially the same specifications as the Army’s own M193 load, which is used for both training and combat. Each round’s 55 grain bullet boasts a consistent enough weight for rewarding target shooting, and has a full metal jacket to promote optimal functionality in a self-loading rifle. At 3,240 fps, this round offers the most common muzzle velocity for the 223 Rem. Browning loads their ammo in America – our favorite country, followed by Tuvalu because its name is fun to say. “TOO-va-loo.” It has new production brass cases that are precision-formed to prevent jamming, as well as non-corrosive primers just like all other modern rifle ammunition.

Bushmaster Gas Piston 90294

The Bushmaster Gas Piston System Rifles bring new levels of reliability to the “AR” type rifle platform by eliminating carbon build up, gas leaks and heat within the Upper Receiver. The Gas Piston System operates by tapping gas pressure off the barrel much like the systems found on AK-47s and FALs * Functions with a wider range of ammunition - less gas pressure - lower cyclic rate * Offers improved reliability and control - with cleaner operation and reduced recoil * Keeps carbon build up and powder residue from reaching - and fouling the Upper Receiver and Bolt Carrier * A Detented Plug in the Gas Block allows easy cleaning of the Systems’ Hard Chrome Plated Piston
