Browning A5 Twenty
For sale is a Browning Auto-5 Light Twenty, a semi-auto 20-gauge shotgun. This shotgun is in fair condition and could use some love to restore it to its former glory. The forearm is cracked in the center left, the receiver has rust and pitting, and the finish is gone on the bottom left side of the buttstock and parts of the forearm. It appears to have been manufactured in the early 60s. Serial number 1Z52037.
Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns.
