This technologically advanced competition shotgun featuring the innovate Blink operating system, Micro-Core pad, and the very best cold-hammer forged barrels in the world featuring the Optima-Bore HP. Two unique features on the A400 Xcel greet the competition shooterthe pioneering Gun Pod system and the blue Balance Cap. Gun Poda digital display allows you to always have everything under control (sold separately). This revolutionary system provides a digital readout of the ambient air temperature, the cartridge pressure of the round fired and the overall number of rounds fired through the shotgun. Balance Caputilizing up to three interchangeable weights (two are sold separately), the balance cap system allows the shooter to achieve that perfect point where the shotgun becomes but an extension of them. A blue anodized finish on the cap protects the system from the elements allowing the shooter to compete anytime anywhere. Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns.
