Estate Cartridge of Minnesota makes their Super Sport Competition Target loads with deadeyes like you specifically in mind! This is a lower-recoil shell, with one ounce of shot instead of the usual 1-1/8 ounces. Its standard 1,235 fps muzzle velocity still produces the level trajectory and powerful impact you need to make clay fragments rain, but its lighter shot column will go a little easier on the old shoulder. Estate’s #7.5 shot isn’t just the perfect size for target shooting. It is also comprised of hard, round shot pellets, which form a dense and efficient pattern the instant they’re unleashed by Estate’s high-density wad. These rounds’ primers and powder charges are all carefully controlled according to Estate’s exacting quality assurance protocol, and their low-brass hulls are great for handloading. Browning Silver Hunter
The Browning(R) Silver Hunter(TM) Matte is a lightweight, fast handling semi-auto shotgun that's designed with upland bird hunting in mind; though its self-adjusting Active Valve gas system increases its versatility to include most any type of wing shooting or shooting sport. The Active Valve gas system vents excess gas out the top of the forearm, and away from the receiver for clean, reliable operation with 2-3/4" and 3" shells, without the need or adjustment. The Silver Hunter Matte model comes with a matte blued barrel, a 2-tone silver/black receiver, and a checkered Turkish walnut stock with a brown, ventilated recoil pad. The semi-humpback receiver design with a ventilated rib and brass front bead creates a sight picture that's quick to pick up and swing on moving targets. The barrel comes back bored and threaded for Browning's Invector-Plus choke tubes (includes IC, M, & F) to deliver consistently tight shot patterns.
