Browning Maxus Sporting

MAXIMUM RELIABILITY. MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE. Real-world reliability is the most important feature any manufacturer can build into a firearm. Thats why it was the first priority when we set about developing the Browning Maxus. The Power Drive Gas System is designed to perform under harsh hunting and shooting conditions with a wide array of loads. But reliability isnt the whole story. The Maxus delivers 18% less felt recoil for greater comfort, 44% less muzzle jump for more accurate follow-up shots, 19% faster bolt speed and 24% faster locktime than the nearest competitor. Unequalled reliability and features, all found in the finest, most reliable gas-operated autoloader ever to swing on a bird.

Darne R Special Edition

The Model R is the first model manufactured by Darne, and comprises the traditional characteristics of the brand: robust locking system, slimline structure, reliability, ballistic efficiency and refined finishing. This fixed-barrel gun includes a breech-block that slides on a high resistance armature-table -solid with barrels and a hand-rest. Manually dismounted, one operates this breech-block with a lever entailing "ears". This feature enables the cocking and locking of the gun, assured by two more locks. The longer lock works with compression as if under gas-pressure, so that a force multiplied by seven is exerted upon the key-lever. The shorter one enacts an extension between barrels. The obturator-disks keep the shell perfectly tight, and are limited by the recoil energy (Darnee Patent). All Darne guns come with automatic and selective ejectors, pulling out fired ammunition. Percussion acts through two percuting masses mounted on helicoidal springs. Darne barrels are bored in specialist steel tubes, polished in length and soft-soldered at low temperatures. The barrels of this gun are coated externally in bronze, and fixed to an armature table by an adjusting hook cut within the collar. The length of the barrels is altered according to the type of hunting. This length varies between 60 and 75 centimeters. For 12 gauge, the bore is 18,4 mm + or - l/10th. Each design is tailored to the specific requirements of the client.
