Browning Maxus Hunter
MAXIMUM RELIABILITY. MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE. Real-world reliability is the most important feature any manufacturer can build into a firearm. Thats why it was the first priority when we set about developing the Browning Maxus. The Power Drive Gas System is designed to perform under harsh hunting and shooting conditions with a wide array of loads. But reliability isnt the whole story. The Maxus delivers 18% less felt recoil for greater comfort, 44% less muzzle jump for more accurate follow-up shots, 19% faster bolt speed and 24% faster locktime than the nearest competitor. Unequalled reliability and features, all found in the finest, most reliable gas-operated autoloader ever to swing on a bird.
V. Bernardelli Mira Adamas 26" 28GA
Starting from the project Mira, Bernardelli has also introduced the model Adamas which means “untamable” in Greek. The engraving emulates some of the prestigious Bernardelli models of the past and it is intentionally lighter. Less is more with the fine execution of the engraving on the receiver which shows the purity of lines and the fine polishing. Stock and forend with “Optowood” finishing technology yield wood figure found on only the most expensive guns and allow a very heavy use of the shotgun with no worries of damaging the wood. The “untamable” is suitable for every condition and every use. These side by side shotguns share the same Anson & Deelay-type mechanism and the same working principle as the more prestigious models in the line. Materials used, heat and galvanic treatments are also identical. The only difference is in the more basic engraving patterns and the employment of wood grain finish for stocks and forends. Bernardelli side by sides feature the lug integral with the tube (demi-block system), which gives the gun a better look and higher safety. Wood is brought from Turkey, where high quality is still available. The majority of Bernardelli side by sides features Anson&Deelay batteries and V-shaped main springs, that guarantee a better functioning than spiral-shaped springs. Bernardelli side by sides range includes also Holland&Holland and exposed hammer shotguns, which come with end-user customized fine hand engraving and game scenes.
