Detailed Review
Zastava Arms M57 is a semiautomatic pistol designed and manufactured by the Yugoslavian (now Serbian) arms manufacturer Zastava Arms. It was first introduced in 1957 as the successor to the Tokarev TT-33 pistol.
The M57 is based on the Soviet Tokarev design but incorporates several improvements. The pistol is chambered in 7.62x25mm Tokarev and has a 9-round magazine capacity. It has a single-action trigger and a manual safety that also serves as a decocker.
The M57 has a fixed barrel and a blowback action. It has a simple, robust design that makes it easy to maintain and repair. The slide is serrated for improved grip, and the grips are made of wood or plastic. The sights are fixed and consist of a front post and a rear notch.
The M57 is a reliable and accurate pistol that has been widely used by military and police forces throughout the world. It has also gained popularity among civilian shooters who appreciate its simplicity and low cost.
The M57 has been produced in several variants, including the M70A and M88A, which have slightly different features and are chambered in 9mm Luger.
Overall, the Zastava Arms M57 is a well-built and dependable pistol that offers an excellent value for the price. Its simple design, low recoil, and high accuracy make it a popular choice for pistol enthusiasts and collectors alike.

Definitely worth the price. 7.62x25 ammo is being manufactured and JHP rounds are extremely affordable. This was my first pistol and I'd totally stake my life on it. Recoil is very manageable and I find the gun basically returning right to my point of aim
