I think this gun has gotten a bad rap from some reviewers. I bought one a couple weeks ago and have shot 200 rounds through it without a single problem. It fits my hand perfectly, the recoil is not bad at all, easy to break down and clean, very true shoot

Just purchased this March 15th 2008. Fired 50rds at Bud's indoor range. He gave me and a buddy free range time as we both bought pistols. Had no malfunctions whatsoever with CCI Lawman ammo. Accuracy was ok but maybe just have to get used to gun. Buds is
