Detailed Review

Savage Arms 93 GL is a popular rifle that is known for its accuracy and versatility. It is designed for varmint hunting and target shooting, making it a perfect choice for those who love to hunt small game or participate in shooting competitions.

The rifle has a sleek and ergonomic design that makes it easy to handle and shoot. The stock is made of wood, which gives it a classic look and also makes it durable. The barrel is made of carbon steel, which ensures that it is strong and resilient.

The Savage Arms 93 GL features a bolt-action mechanism that makes it easy to load and fire. It also has a detachable box magazine that can hold up to 5 rounds, which means that you can quickly reload and get back to shooting. The rifle also has an adjustable AccuTrigger that allows you to customize the trigger pull to your liking, ensuring that you have a smooth and consistent trigger pull every time.

One of the best things about the Savage Arms 93 GL is its accuracy. The rifle has a heavy contour barrel that is free-floating, which means that it is not in contact with the stock. This reduces any interference that may affect the accuracy of the rifle. The rifle also has a button-rifled barrel that is designed to give you the best possible accuracy, even at long ranges.

The Savage Arms 93 GL comes with a variety of features that make it stand out from other rifles in its class. For example, it has a Varmint-style thumbhole stock that provides a comfortable grip and reduces any recoil that you may experience. It also has a raised comb that allows you to get a better cheek weld, which helps you to maintain a more stable shooting position.

In conclusion, the Savage Arms 93 GL is an excellent rifle that is designed for those who enjoy varmint hunting and target shooting. It has a durable and ergonomic design, along with a bolt-action mechanism that makes it easy to load and fire. The rifle is also incredibly accurate, thanks to its heavy contour barrel and button-rifled barrel. Whether you are an experienced shooter or a beginner, the Savage Arms 93 GL is definitely worth considering.

I selected this rifle (Savage 93GL) because it was available with a wood stock and with a left-handed action. One gets tired of synthetic stocks after a while. Bud's service was good and I received the rifle in a timely manner and in good (new) condition.

Purchased the Savage 93GL for my 13 year old son and he and I are well satisfied with the rifle. It fits him real good and the open sights are decent. Fairly nice wood and grain to the stock although the stock's finish not as glossy as photo shows. Waitin

Came packaged well and clean. Had to adjust sites for sub 100 yard shooting, but that only took 5 seconds. Now im shooting quarter size groups at 25 yards. (I've always been mediocre with rifles). This thing is a breath of fresh air for any left hander wh

Ridiculously accurate shooter! Nice barrel, great trigger. Working off of bags, I'm grouping three 30 grain Hornady V-Maxs within an inch at 200 yards (yes, they have gone sub-sonic by then - and they've dropped 15 inches from my zero at 124 yards - but t

Gun was received in a timely manner as usual from Buds. This 22 mag shoots like a dream for under 250 bucks. The magazine however does not like to feed hollow points very well. no problem with V-max or other pointed bullets. This is a great gun for anyone

I finally got out to the range today with my brand new Savage 93 in 22 WMR. Before taking it out, I gave it a thorough cleaning and lube, just like I do with my fine competition target rifles. Then I mounted my Nikon 6-18X40 Sidefocus Buckmaster and a bip
