Detailed Review
The FN FNS-9C is a compact, striker-fired pistol built by FN America, LLC. It was introduced in 2015 as an update to the original FNS line of handguns.
The FNS-9C is designed for concealed carry and self-defense. It has a 3.6-inch barrel and a total length of 6.7 inches, making it easy to carry and maneuver. The gun weighs 23.4 ounces unloaded, which provides a good balance of weight and ease of use.
The FNS-9C is chambered in 9mm, which is a popular caliber for handguns. It has a magazine capacity of 12 rounds, which is more than enough for most situations. The gun also has a loaded chamber indicator and a tactile and visual reset for the trigger.
The FNS-9C has a polymer frame and a stainless steel slide. The frame is textured for a secure grip, and it has interchangeable backstraps to accommodate different hand sizes. The slide has front and rear serrations for easy manipulation, and it is coated with a black matte finish that is resistant to corrosion and wear.
The FNS-9C has a double-action trigger system that provides a smooth and consistent pull. The trigger has a safety mechanism that prevents accidental discharge, and it also has a trigger safety tab that prevents the trigger from moving unless it is fully depressed.
The FNS-9C has several safety features that make it a reliable and safe handgun. It has a loaded chamber indicator that shows when there is a round in the chamber, as well as a striker status indicator that shows whether the gun is cocked or not. The gun also has a manual safety that prevents the trigger from being pulled unless it is disengaged.
The FNS-9C is designed for easy maintenance and cleaning. It has a disassembly lever that allows the user to easily take apart the gun for cleaning and maintenance. The gun also comes with two magazines and a carrying case.
In conclusion, the FN FNS-9C is a reliable and easy-to-use handgun that is perfect for concealed carry and self-defense. Its compact size and light weight make it easy to carry, while its 9mm caliber and magazine capacity make it a formidable weapon. With its many safety features and easy maintenance, the FNS-9C is a great choice for anyone who wants a high-quality handgun.

October 10, 2019This is an excellent compact 9mm pistol. The fit and finish is very good. It's lightweight and very small, considering there are 12 rounds in the normal sized magazines. The best magazine to keep in the gun when carrying is definitely the 12 round magazin

I’ve put around 1000 rounds through mine. Cleaned and lubed with CLP. It’s a tightly made gun so it needs some break in time. Trigger gets better around 500 rounds with some cleaning with CLP in between. Very happy with mine.

I like my FNS9c a lot. It’s the best shooting compact that I’ve shot. I replaced the stock sights with AmeriGlo H3 17 night sights. And 12+1 rounds is a boatload of ammunition for a small pistol.
