Detailed Review
The FN FNAR is a semi-automatic rifle designed and produced by FN Herstal, a Belgian firearms manufacturer. It was first introduced in 2008 and is based on the Browning BAR design.
The FNAR is designed primarily for leisure shooting, but it can also be used for hunting and tactical purposes. The rifle has a unique gas-operated system that reduces recoil, making it easier to handle and more accurate. It also has a durable synthetic stock and an adjustable trigger for added comfort and improved accuracy.
The FNAR accepts standard detachable box magazines, which come in various capacities. This makes it easy to quickly swap out magazines and continue shooting without having to reload each time. The rifle also features a Picatinny rail on the top of the receiver for mounting optics or other accessories.
The FNAR is chambered in several calibers, including .308 Winchester, .243 Winchester, and 7mm-08 Remington. The .308 Winchester version has a barrel length of 20 inches and weighs around 8.2 pounds. The .243 Winchester and 7mm-08 Remington versions both have a barrel length of 22 inches and weigh around 8.5 pounds.
The FNAR has received positive reviews for its accuracy, reliability, and overall performance. It is a popular choice among recreational shooters and hunters alike. However, some users have noted that the rifle can be a bit heavy, especially when equipped with additional accessories.

February 18, 2018Just a few initial remarks after zeroing in the rifle. Built as solidly as one would expect from FNH and the magazine is durable, and well-machined. Silly picatinny front rail sight comes off fairly easily with some WD-40 and the correct torx wrench. Incl

February 12, 2018As described, excellent deal, processed and shipped quickly. Pleasant first time transaction. I was mildly sceptical due to not finding the barrel on FN’s website, however they make this same barrel profile for other brands. FN logo followed by HF MP 5.56
