The wood to metal fit is excellent. Polishing of the barrel and receiver is beautiful and the dark blueing gives it a mirror like finish. Cut checking is even with no run off lines. Accuracy was very good with a scope mounted. All my groups were 1/4 to 1/

This is an amazing little lever action, definitely worthy of the price,but this is not a rifle for an adult. I was amazed at how short this gun was, I would only recommend this browning for a very small framed shooter.

I have had mine since the 70s. Great lever action and beautifully made. Added an aperture site and it is quite accurate. I've put thousands of rounds through this rifle. No problems.
