Rail??
This is a Key Mod (Full Rail on top and you add key mod attachment rails on the sides and bottom), It comes with a "Key Mod" rail that will need key mod picatinny rail attachments to mount accessories on the sides and bottom. Examples here : turners.com/p
Universal Magazines?
Frank, It'll take any ar .223 and 5.56 magazines. 40 round magazines will work.
Handguard?
It is an aluminum handguard. The gun may have a low price point but the reviews are overwhelmingly good. A great buy for sure!

hello ...yes you can convert this rifle to shoot 22LR...but did you know that it is going to cost you alot of money.. it would be cheaper to leave this gun the way it is..and buy a 22LR rifle that looks and shoots just like this one and still save money..
