About The .32 Colt Ammo, also known as the .32 Long Colt Ammo, is an American centerfire revolver bullet that was designed and introduced to the markets in 1873. The main inspiration and design for the .32 Colt Ammo came from the .320 Revolver Ammo. The .32 Colt Ammo initially used a .313 in 7.95mm 90-grain outer lubricated heeled cartridge, which was later lubricated on the inside. This change led to a bullet diameter of .299 in 7.59mm, a slightly lighter weight and small length. With a lengthened case by .31 in 7.87mm over the .32 Short Colt Ammo, the .32 Colt Ammo falls in the same class as the .32 Smith & Wesson Long Ammo without a comparison between their accuracies. The .32 Colt Ammo has an overall length of 32mm, and the bullet diameter of this cartridge measures 7.9mm.
