Rifles Descriptions

223 Rem - 55 Grain PSP - PMC Bronze - 20 Rounds

This .223 Remington ammunition from PMC is an effective hunting load for small to midsize game thanks to its soft point bullet. At a high muzzle velocity, soft point projectiles produce excellent expansion but do not fragment as readily as hollow points. This makes them an excellent choice for hunting when the shooter wishes to preserve meat or other parts of the animal and minimize waste. Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a 55 grain soft point projectile at 3,200 feet per second. This ammo produces similar external ballistics to M193 ball, which is frequently used for range practice. This makes it possible to switch loads without adjusting your optics. PMC ammo is loaded in South Korea by Poongsan, a defense contractor that also makes its own non-corrosive primers, propellant, and brass to ensure optimal quality control. Although relatively inexpensive, PMC ammo has a solid reputation for quality and consistency and sees extensive use by American gun owners.
