We could not find the perfect hunting rifle, so we built one. This rifle is designed to be carried further on long days in the field and perform like a Barrett at that critical moment. The stock is crafted from carbon fiber to provide a light yet rigid platform for shooting from field positions. The actions are scaled for their specific caliber and precision barrels contoured for their application. The Barrett Fieldcraft is the perfect combination of ultra lightweight design and heavy-duty performance. Yet another example of how Barrett is going to greater lengths for the precision shooter. Bushmaster Var24 ATACS
Features a fluted 24 inch chrome-moly steel extra-heavy varmint barrel (one inch diameter out to gas block) and eleven degree competition muzzle crown. Coated bore and chamber. One in nine inch twist free-floated with a vented aluminum fore-end. Two-stage competition trigger (3.5 pound takeup, 1 pound letoff). Ships with manual and 5 round magazine. Covered in A-TACS camouflage finish.
