Rifles Descriptions

6mm Creedmoor - 87 Grain V-MAX - Hornady Varmint Express - 20 Rounds

This new addition to Hornady's premium hunting lineup is a 6mm Creedmoor cartridge with an 87 grain V-MAX projectile. These Varmint Express loads offer hyper-velocity V-MAX projectiles with a muzzle speed of 3210 fps and an impressive energy transfer of 1990 ft/lbs. The V-MAX projectile features a polymer-tipped hollow point that expands violently at varying velocities. Even at 1600 fps, the V-MAX will explode into a deadly mushroom shape that will drop squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, etc. Hornady uses top-shelf brass casings for these Varmint Express loads. Each casing is loaded with carefully selected powders and primers and is non-corrosive and reloadable. Hornady varmint loads are for shooters who aren't messing around with their local varmint population. These premium 6mm Creedmoor cartridges offer the best accuracy and performance in their class.
